Mini-Dragons18 mo. to 3 years (Parent Assisted)Our "Mom/ Dad & Me" is a playful gymnastics class centered around age appropriate skills using special tot-sized gymnastics equipment, with a strong emphasis on socialization and group involvement. Beginning gymnastics skills as well as fine and gross locomotor skills will be learned. Themed lesson plans make each week a new and exciting class. Tumble Dragons3 to 5 years oldNo parents needed here! Children learn new gymnastics skills each week in our themed lesson plans. Physically challenging skills give children stronger bodies and sharper minds as well as a clear understanding of their bodies' capabilities and limitations. Obstacle courses change weekly. Girls FirecrackersThis is one HOT class! The students in this fast paced group learn advanced skills from our Pre school and Developmental Program. Special routines will be taught. This class is by coach placement only.

Pre K 5 Girls & BoysPre K 5 Girls & BoysThis unique class is ideal for children who have missed the Kindergarten cut off. It is open to girls & boys ages 5/6 and 4 1/2 yr. olds by coach advancement only. Students will learn skills from both Tumble Dragon and the Developmental Programs. They will work gymnastics skills on all events to prepare them for the next level as well as group/social skills, fine and loco motor skills. We will also be teaching Kindergarten readiness. Boys Developmental ProgramsKindergarten - 5th GradeIn our Boys Developmental classes there are 3 levels:Red, White and Blue. TeamGold Coast Dragons Competitive TeamGold Coast Dragons, our competitive team competes locally and through out the United States. Our Level 2-10 teams compete in the USA Gymnastics and Florida Gold AAU Gymnastics Leagues. Our dedicated coaching staff is Safety Certified and are members of the Elite Coaching Association, professional members of USA Gymnastics and AAU. PartiesCustom PartiesFor a unique party experience that will long be remembered..... Let our trained birthday staff will take your child and guests through gymnastics, games and obstacle courses. We provide all the fun as you relax and enjoy! Party activities are age appropriate for the birthday child and their guests.
Activities include: A beginning introduction activity with stretching. Tumbling, Trampoline, Bar circut, Balance Beam maze, Hula Hoops/parachute and Open play time. Following the fun in the gym we will assist you in serving food and drinks to the guests.
Parties are held on Saturday's. You and your guests enjoy an hour and a half of excitement and fun. We will serve your food and clean up for you. Your child and guests will talk about their party at Gold Coast for years to come.
