Friday Night Open-Gym

When: Friday  Time: 6:30-8:00

Ages: 4yrs -14yrs.    Sorry no adults for open gym

Cost:  $10.00

Non-members must complete the participation form each time.  Members will only need to sign-in.

Children can work on their gymnastic skills on each event as well as jump on the trampoline. This is a great opportunity for friends to be together. This is NOT an instructional class. This is a supervised time for students to work on their gymnastics skills and enjoy the gym.  Participants are assisted by coaches on the proper technique/etiquette on events.  A current participation release form signed by a parent/guardian to participate.  

Gold Coast reserves the right to refuse any participant entry and may ask any participant to exit the gym area due to not following gym rules.
